We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong passion for medical education, student affairs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in medicine (M.D. or D.O.), a Florida medical license, and board certification in an applicable specialty. Experience in academic leadership, teaching, and clinical practice is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, professional, and career advising and mentorship to medical students
• Develop and lead student support programs, including coaching, advising, and professional identity formation activities
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Participate in AAMC Group on Student Affairs and serve as an ambassador for FAU Schmidt College of Medicine
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and programs that promote student success and well-being
