We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Delta Marketing Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy that drives business growth, customer engagement, and brand preference. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing trajectory and contributing to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-range marketing strategy that delivers measurable outcomes and aligns with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and optimal communication of the brand's value proposition
• Provide strategic guidance on product strategy, innovation priorities, pricing, channel activation, and brand positioning
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
• Translate complex market insights into actionable findings and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements for Success:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, product strategy, and go-to-market strategy roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business, or related field
• High degree of business acumen, knowledge of industry and consumer behavior, and trends
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and develop actionable insights from complex data

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $157,100.00 - $246,840.00
• Full-time remote work arrangement with occasional in-office meetings (2-3 days/week)
