What’s a typical day as a Program Business Analyst? You’ll be:

• Updating and maintaining system data under supervision, conducting quarterly audits, and performing data analysis to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with user setup and troubleshooting across various platforms while providing support to end-users within Professional Relations & Operations.
• Delivering online support to internal teams, external customers, and Health Care Professionals, while preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data & Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant business experience (required).
• Possess advanced Excel skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (required).
• Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail and preferably experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
