As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent who will help us elevate specialty pharmacy and improve lives across the healthcare continuum. You’ll be the first voice candidates hear, and your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and move with urgency will shape their experience from day one. What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to interview applicants and follow up on onboarding documentation.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and online profiles to pre-screen candidates for healthcare roles.
• Build strong relationships with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively re-engage past applicants for new opportunities.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a seamless, brand-aligned experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing required. Pharmacy Technician sourcing strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing healthcare of pharmacy in the state of Texas and/or New York strongly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates using ATS, job boards, and social platforms.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
