Join us in helping Gainwell serve Medicaid members and providers by creating and delivering industry leading learning initiatives. Your role in our mission

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-stakes or complex initiatives.
  • Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.
  • Drive innovation in instructional design, implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness. Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
  • Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
  • Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.

What we're looking for

  • 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
  • Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools. (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
  • Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • This position requires applicants be in Colorado and work in an office setting each day (Monday through Friday).
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
  • This position will remain posted until July 31, 2025.

#LI-REMOTE #LI-CB1 The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
