You have a positive, can-do attitude and a determination to grow and succeed The Position The Content Marketing and Webinar Coordinator is responsible for various support activities across the webinar, content marketing, and customer success teams. Primary responsibilities include providing support for the Webinar Production and Account Coordination teams in gathering and organizing assets from customers, using web-based content management tools to publish media on our websites, follow-up with customers, and report on campaign results. Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience. Primary Responsibilities Webinar Support

  • Solicit and organize client materials, including video files, presentations, headshots, event descriptions, etc.
  • Using internal content management systems and a webinar delivery platform, set up and publish landing pages, event registration and reporting
  • Perform post-event follow-up tasks, including delivery of the final presentation and archiving of materials internally.

Content Marketing and Account Support

  • Work proactively with internal stakeholders and customers to assist as needed in contract and campaign fulfillment.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate recurring and custom reports on clients' product listing and media campaigns.
  • Provide excellent support, proactively and professionally engaging with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to interact and collaborate proactively with clients and team members across departments.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing client and internal requests efficiently.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize online software including Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, GoodData, internal content management systems, etc.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including business email and phone etiquette.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) with 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital publishing, marketing, project management or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal communication experience with superior attention to detail.
  • Comfortable engaging professionally with clients pursuing deadlines, explaining specifications, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with online marketing, advertising, and terminology a plus.
  • Basic understanding of image/video editing software a plus.
