We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Product Designer to join our team and shape a product that helps companies reduce errors, save time, and improve profitability.

This role isn’t just about designing clean UI — it’s about deeply understanding users, uncovering insights, and helping shape product direction through design.

As a sole designer in a small startup you will also be responsible for the marketing materials of the company

What You'll Do

• Understand our users through direct feedback and conversations
• Turn complexity into clarity — design workflows that feel simple, even when the logic isn't
• Justify design decisions with user insights and product reasoning
• Own the entire design process — from wireframes to polish
• Additionally, you will be the point person for all design needs across the company, including:
• Brand and visual identity
• Website updates
• Marketing/sales assets such as decks, and event collaterals.

This Role Is Not for You If:

• You're only looking to do only UI
• If you’re looking for rigid processes and detailed specs, our team works fast, iterates a lot, and expects you to lead design thinking
• If you prefer working fully remote, We believe the best outcomes happen when the team is sitting and thinking together
• If you're afraid of talking to users, discovery and customer insights are part of the job
• You're uncomfortable making fast, scrappy decisions when needed, and understanding when they matter

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in an early-stage startup
• Experience designing complex systems (B2B a plus)
• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Figma
• Comfortable working independently and owning design decisions
• Comfortable running quick usability tests, ideation workshops, or working in early stages
• Creative Marketing orientation - a plus
