Why This Role is Exciting

At AuditBoard, we empower businesses with award-winning technology that transforms risk into strategic advantage. As we continue our expansion in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive meaningful business outcomes with our innovative solutions.

  • Access competitive compensation, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts—including both publicly listed and privately held companies—across the DACH region.

  • Drive new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion, contributing directly to our growth in a key European market.

  • Operate from your home office in Germany, with travel to clients as needed or our London based AuditBoard office.

  • Report directly to the Director, Sales and work cross-functionally with regional and global teams.

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing, leveraging tools, partners, and events to drive pipeline and deal progression.

  • Partner with the strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions.

  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

  • Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships.

  • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with global teams

  • Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).

  • A learning-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Familiarity with German regulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations.

Our Company Values

  • Customer Obsession: Apply relentless focus on listening to and understanding customers as the core of everything we do

  • Win, Together: Drive to be the best while supporting each other’s success

  • Gritty Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing immediate priorities with big-picture strategic goals

  • Personal Improvement: Stay eager to share insights, seek feedback, and continuously learn

  • Constant Innovation: Challenge the status quo and drive improvements

  • 150 EUR monthly work from home allowance

  • 600 EUR monthly car allowance

  • Competitive compensation & bonus program

  • Annual Leave: 30 days
