- Bring backlogged financial records current through comprehensive catch-up bookkeeping
- Establish and maintain ongoing quarterly bookkeeping operations
- Manage financial data using QuickBooks software with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support critical SBA loan application preparation and documentation processes
- Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Provide flexible availability to meet business needs while maintaining work-life balance
- Collaborate remotely with the business team to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements
- Proven experience with QuickBooks software and financial record management
- Previous remote work experience with US, UK, or Canadian clients preferred
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements and maintain strict data security
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
- Preferred: Specialized experience with SBA loan documentation and preparation processes
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
