Role Summary

Vacation® is looking for a Sales Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our growing Sales team. This is a fully remote, paid internship (~20 hours/week) ideal for an undergraduate student (rising third/fourth year) or recent graduate interested in learning the ins and outs of sales operations within a fast-growing, retail-focused brand. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of retail partners—ranging from national chains to specialty boutiques.

Role Responsibilities

Sales Operations Account Support

• Assist with the “wholesale” email inbox, including inbound inquiries and day-to-day communication with retail partners
• Support ongoing account needs, including order processing/tracking and item set up/maintenance in the retailer systems
• Manage product sample requests, from coordination through fulfillment and tracking
• Maintain the Vacation® store locator, ensuring accuracy across all retail partners
• Prepare presentation content for weekly internal team meeting

Retail Merchandising Analytics

• Conduct weekly store visits (in your local area) to ensure strong visual merchandising, reporting back findings
• Perform basic analyses on sales projects, assisting the Sales Analytics team

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in an accredited college or university
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not required
• You use sunscreen and have a sense of humor!
