About the Role

Audiense is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales organization. As a BDR at Audiense, you will be instrumental in the growth of our organization by generating qualified sales pipeline for our Account Executive team. The primary responsibility for this role is to generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.

We welcome collaborative and energetic individuals that can contribute to aligned sales and marketing efforts, work in a fast-paced environment, deliver pipeline results, and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

What you'll do
  • Generate pipeline from a variety of channels – outbound, inbound leads, events, and more.
  • Leverage sales development best practices through multiple outreach channels including the phone, phone, and social platforms.
  • Achieve outreach, meeting scheduled, and qualified opportunity targets.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance and progress of your initiatives, including lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Partner with BDR Leadership to Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are a self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve targets and who can demonstrate persistence
  • You are comfortable engaging with potential clients across various mediums – phone, email, social media, etc., but with a call – first mentality
  • You have strong business acumen and can speak to the value of our platform and the problems that Buxton solves for our customers
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in Consumer Analytics
  • Experience with the sales tech stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Salesloft/Gong Engage), Lead Enrichment (ZoomInfo)

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, as we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure work environment for all Buxton stakeholders.

Compensation

The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $55,000- $65,000. Uncapped Commission. Compensation outside the U.S. will be locally competitive based on market and cost of living. Other compensation elements may include bonus eligibility as part of the total rewards package.
