We are seeking an Account Manager for our Aerospace & Defense team that will serve as the primary point of contact for key aerospace and defense clients. This role is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving sales strategy and execution, and delivering high-impact solutions tailored to mission-critical applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical background preferred)
  • 5+ years of semiconductor sales experience, preferably in the aerospace and defense sectors
  • In-depth understanding of chip/wafer manufacturing and applications in defense systems
  • Proven success managing large, strategic accounts and consistently meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and defense contracting
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and leading transformation or change management initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with digital transformation tools and governance frameworks is a strong plus
  • Track record of recruiting and mentoring teams and diverse talent, ground up
  • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET level U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • Travel - Up to 50%
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Benefits

  • Expected Salary Range $99,000.00 - $159,100.00
  • The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location
