NetSuite Education Consultant

As a NetSuite Education Consultant, you will work collaboratively with Professional Services and Partners to help customers build product knowledge, increase user adoption, and achieve ROI. You will deliver customer-specific tailored training, including Pre-UAT, Train the Trainer, End User Training, and Go Live Support, virtually and onsite. You will also participate in Project Kick-offs, training requirements definition, and scoping conversations, advising and supporting customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in the technology industry
• 1+ years' experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery
• Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills
• Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP and standard business practices as related to Accounting, Sales Force Management, and Inventory Management
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple demands
• Highly adaptable and open to change
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Spanish, German, Dutch or Arabic is essential for this role
