What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a New Business Account Executive who believes that Feedback is Fuel, embodies a growth mindset, and is eager for an opportunity to take ownership of their success, all while helping our customers discover the impact of our enterprise feedback offerings. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise product suite into two key market segments:

  1. New Logos: Organizations with more than 250 employees that are not currently using SurveyMonkey in any capacity.
  2. Existing Self-Service Users: Customers with more than 250 employees who are currently using our self-serve, lower-cost plans, who can realize more value by upgrading to our enterprise solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Selling SurveyMonkey’s enterprise solutions to two main customer types: New Logos & Self-Service Upgrades.
  • Full-Cycle Selling: Lead the sales process from outreach to close, using a consultative, solution-based approach.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Use tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Apply methodologies like Sandler and MEDDPICC to understand customer needs, match them to our solutions, and articulate business value.
  • Deal & Pipeline Management: Track progress, forecast, and improve using Salesforce, Gong, and sales data.
  • Territory Prioritization: Effectively manage accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Learning & Growth: Stay curious and open to feedback, adapt to evolving customer needs, and keep up with industry trends.

We’d Love to Hear From People With

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS experience is great, but not required).
  • Experience generating pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-led channels.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and adaptability, including experience building business cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
