Your tasks

• Analyze application data to identify and optimize synergy opportunities between the platform and service providers
• Extract and interpret data related to customer interactions, including service scheduling and content submissions (videos, pictures)
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and insights
• Perform complex data querying and manipulation using SQL to support various analytical needs
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance application features and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

Must have competences

• Proficiency in SQL

• Proficiency in Tableau

• Fluency in Croatian or Bosnian or Serbian or Montenegrin

• Fluency in English

Additional information

This is a full-time, remote position, with potential office presence in Zagreb required for 1-2 days every 3 months for PI planning. The engagement is from ASAP until December 31st, 2025. Required languages include Croatian or Bosnian or Serbian or Montenegrin, and English.
