It all begins with you.Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Engineer for, Power BI and FABRIC developer, with an understanding of the Human Resources business processes, FABRIC including Power BI semantic model, and report development.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Participate in data design for Human Resources Reporting and Analytics, using SQL Server, Power BI Semantic Models, and the full FABRIC ecosystem.Design complex Power BI dashboards with the data generated for HR Insights for business partners.Review and analyze basic data management business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving more complex data management situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the business data policies, procedures and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with technology colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers to HRIT, within Wells Fargo.Assist in migrating complex data and dashboards from SQL Servers and Tableau to FABRIC and Power BI.Required Qualifications:2+ years of Data Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of FABRIC / Power BI experience, including Data Flows and Semantic ModelsSQL Language and / or Python/PySparkProven strengths in team collaboration, relationship building, and effective communication.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of Tableau Hyper files and DashboardsWorkday data knowledgeHuman Resources domain knowledge Posting End Date: 26 Jul 2025*Job posting may come down early due… Apply To This Job
