You will be responsible for assessing existing data structures, developing migration strategies, and executing the migration plan while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities
  • Extract transaction, chart of accounts, and other financial object data from QuickBooks Online and Netsuite
  • Transform and map chart of accounts and transaction data between QuickBooks Online/Netsuite and Campfire software
  • Perform completeness & accuracy validation between migrated QuickBooks Online/Netsuite and Campfire balances
  • Identify and investigate any discrepancies in account balances or transaction details

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data migration and system integration
  • 3 + years of experience with QuickBooks Online/Netsuite and financial software migrations
  • Intermediate understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation techniques
  • Excel expertise, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Willing to work US hours from Monday to Friday
