- Strong writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility
- Experience with social media management and engagement strategies

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts based on performance insights
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Write blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership content
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement strategic marketing plans
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives
- Identify and coordinate marketing opportunities, including meetups, conferences, and networking events
- Develop marketing collateral and resources to support the sales team
- Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for marketing materials (preferred, not required)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or financial services
