Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as a Senior Geospatial Developer / Digital Strategist. You may be called upon to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications through the concept, design, and implementation phases. Your role will also include supporting other personnel in utilizing GIS applications and software as well as interfacing with clients and teaming partners. We are seeking self-starting individuals with a “Let me at it” attitude who can adapt to a fluid work environment and an occasionally demanding schedule. Location: Candidate can work remotely. Salary Range: $90000-$130000 annually Position Status: Full Time; with benefits Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, Life Insurance, and PTO RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of GIS-based applications using Esri technologies, including ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Develop web and desktop-based geospatial solutions using .NET, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and XML.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum teams, generate EPICs, Features, User Stories, and Test Cases, and provide executive-level communication and documentation.
  • Provide enterprise GIS consulting including database design, system architecture, application development, and data visualization.
  • Administer and configure ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including ArcGIS Server, Portal, and ArcGIS Data Store, along with associated relational databases such as SQL Server.
  • Design and implement data processing and ETL workflows for integration of disparate geospatial data sources.
  • Produce geospatial analyses for a variety of sectors, including broadband, environmental conservation, emergency response, and land management.
  • Create training materials and lead webinars to support stakeholder and user adoption.
  • Serve as liaison and technical point-of-contact for clients across government and commercial sectors, translating business needs into geospatial solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Internet Technologies, GIS, Computer Science).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in geospatial application development and IT project management.
  • Proven experience with Esri tools, geospatial analysis, data visualization, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in modern GIS platforms, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.
