Business Project Analyst
Our client is seeking a Business Project Analyst to join their team. As a Business Project Analyst, you will be part of the project management team supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

- *What's the Job?**
+ Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. + Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. + Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. + Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. + Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- *What's Needed?**
+ 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and program management. + Proven Workday configuration experience in Talent Management, including Performance Management. + Strong knowledge of system analysis and workflow management. + Degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or a comparable discipline highly preferred. + Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, PMI-PBA, or CCBA are a plus.
