What you’ll work on

Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on:

  • Lead 9fin’s sales team from the front, developing client relationships and driving revenue growth

  • Build and coach a high-performing Sales/SDR team across APAC markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore), setting clear KPIs and driving results through coaching and mentorship

  • Define and execute outbound strategies, prospecting campaigns, and partner outreach to build a robust sales pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects

  • Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and legal teams to craft compelling value propositions, improve the customer journey, and support successful go-to-market initiatives

  • Track APAC market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory changes; adjust strategies to enter new verticals or countries effectively

  • Monitor sales effectiveness: review CRM data, prepare dashboards, report on pipeline performance, forecasting, and territory coverage

About You

  • You have extensive experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development, ideally within capital markets or financial technology.

  • You possess a solid understanding of financial markets, with the credibility and confidence to build trusted relationships across the buyside, sellside, and advisory community.

  • You have a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, with responsibility for at least $1m+ in annual revenue.

  • You are highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, even when managing multiple priorities.

  • Your written and verbal communication is clear, professional, and persuasive, enabling you to convey complex ideas conciselyYou are a collaborative team player, but equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, knowing support is always available when needed.

  • Existing relationships within the leveraged finance community would be a distinct advantage.

  • Familiarity with the APAC financial markets and a regional network would be beneficial, though not essential.
