Alpha.io is a low-code platform for building enterprise internal tools. We’re bootstrapped, and in several months we’ve scaled our business to include a number of marquee clients such as 23andMe, Scopely, BackgroundChecks, and Pantaya.
Founded by veterans from companies such as Disney, Lyft, and Experian, we have deep experience in the internal tools space and the challenges that exist with current solutions.

Your priorities
Implement the product vision and strategy. You’ll develop and implement the product strategy for Alpha.io, aligning with overall company strategy and vision. You’ll make tough prioritization decisions and foster a team culture of strategic and tactical excellence.
Understand the internal tool market, customers, and competition. You’ll become an authority on the practices, history, trends, and opportunities of our domain. You’ll share your vision internally and externally.
Be a design champion for the product. You’re obsessed with the user experience of internal tools and how to make them more enjoyable to use.
Collaborate across teams and functions. You’re the glue that aligns business, engineering, design, and operations within the company.
Turn problems and challenges into direction. You’ll always be digging deeper to get to the heart of the issue. You aren’t satisfied with your first idea (or hundredth).
Experiment and measure success. You’ll drive improvements through iterative design and experimentation. You’ll own the definition of “success” and make sure your criteria are measurable and verifiable.
Your Experience
4+ years hands-on product management experience delivering end-user facing products and services.
Affinity and experience in user-centered design.
Experience leading small teams of designers and product managers.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous data into actionable priorities.
Comfort working in a highly technical domain.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Strong team and individual organizational skills.
A knack for human and technical dependency management.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, growth marketing, and low/no code tools
