Position Summary: We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them derive maximum value from our platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth within your accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers

  • Understand client business goals and align our solutions to meet their needs

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, product updates, and issue resolution

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell in collaboration with the Sales team

  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to assess client satisfaction and product adoption

  • Work closely with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or expansion

  • Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM tools

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role

  • Experience in a B2B paper and office supply environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Familiarity with CRM and account management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
