We need a Staff AI Infra Engineer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable AI infrastructure from the ground up, and who can manage and grow our Engineering team from 12 to 50 people within the next 18 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering

• Familiar with Kubernetes and Python

• Familiar with Apache Kafka and Spark

Process:

We look for people with a track record of building. If you shipped a product with 100k+ downloads, created an open source project with 10k+ stars/downloads, or made $100k+, you get fast-tracked.

Instead of a recruiter, one of the engineers on the team will have a chat with you. We prefer to grab a coffee in Palo Alto.

We'll send you a personality assessment to understand you better. This is the one we use.

We'll send you a short take home challenge that typically takes 60-90 minutes to complete.

You'll be invited onsite to meet the team and complete the second half of the take home.

We pay top of market. Salary range for technical roles are $200 - $600k+ and equity. We'll give you an offer you'll be happy with.
