  • Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services.

  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure.

  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.

  • Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Deep understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).

  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions across multiple services.

  • Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate designs, architecture, and technical concepts clearly.

  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
