Overview: As a Strategic Transformation Director, you will work with UiPath’s most strategic customers in the region to drive transformational deals. Positioning automation as a change lever for their business, you’ll engage at CxO level to understand their organisation and how automation and agentic orchestration can help accelerate their transformation and align with their objectives.

From envisioning new possibilities, creating disruptive commercial models and building out bespoke strategic partnerships, the Strategic Transformation Lead will leverage their consultative sales expertise to drive customer-first solutions.

You will build, inspire and lead high-functioning, cross organisation sales teams (in partnership with the Account Lead) relentlessly focused on our customers and their objectives.

We are seeking high performing candidates with a strong background in consultative sales, excellent commercial acumen and deep focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Creative and focused approach to driving new business from business development, CxO engagement, deal creation and close.

  • Ability to weave together solutions and offerings that are translated into customer centric value propositions for specific industry segments or organisations.

  • Strategic deal leadership. Inspire, plan and execute complex, multi-cycle sales engagements across software, support and services.

  • Cross-organisation sales team leadership & deal management.

  • Leverage reports and data to gain quantitative insights into business and customer challenges.

  • Own the development of the commercial strategy and deal structure to create mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers.

  • Build negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with various customer stakeholders.

  • Develop creative and innovative approaches or processes to solve new or emerging challenges.

  • Challenge the status quo to drive strategic growth opportunities.

Capabilities/experience required

  • Proven ability to generate results in a matrixed organization, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner organizations.

  • Consultative sales experience in driving multi-faceted transformation deals.

  • Ability to influence, contribute and collaborate with a wider team to drive impact.

  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.

  • Proven track record of delivering against targets.

  • Experience in positioning through to deal closure with both Business Decision Makers and IT decision Makers.

  • Customer-centric point of view. You will be passionate about building technology-based value propositions that can help customers transform their business.

  • A proven ability to work at CXO level, understanding the complexities that are inherent in large customer organisations.

  • Fluent in Mandarin

  • High standard of communication, presentation and written skills.
