Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance, building custom flows, supporting DocuSign integrations, and delivering scalable solutions to support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain custom Flows to automate complex business processes.

  • Own configuration and ongoing support of DocuSign integrations within Salesforce for quotes, contracts, and approvals.

  • Perform day-to-day administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.

  • Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce processes including approval workflows, email alerts, and validation rules.

  • Provide technical support and training to users to promote Salesforce adoption and best practices.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

  • Deep expertise in building and managing Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows, etc.).

  • Experience administering and configuring DocuSign for Salesforce, including templates, tags, and embedded sending/signing processes.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications a plus).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, standard functionality, and limitations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
