Senior FP&A Analyst

This Sr FP&A Analyst role will be part of the FP&A team working with business leaders across the company as a vital link between business functions and finance. The ideal candidate will have a background in a private equity-backed company or the software industry, with a strong ability to connect operational complexities with financial drivers across revenue and/or expense. This role requires exposure to standard SaaS metrics, advanced Excel skills and financial modeling skills.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Midtown Manhattan, Washington D.C. or Bloomington, MN office locations, with an on-site presence required two days per week to support team collaboration.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $105,000-$110,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
