Your mission

At UiPath, you'll be at the forefront of Agentic Automation innovation, designing and implementing automation solutions that transform how our customers work. As a Senior Automation Developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, develop efficient automation workflows, and ensure successful adoption of UiPath products. Your expertise will directly contribute to our customers' digital transformation journeys while helping expand the UiPath ecosystem.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows that drive successful adoption of UiPath products

  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to create efficient RPA solutions

  • Create reusable components and implement well-structured, maintainable code

  • Gather project requirements and support integration with partner products client applications and third-party technologies

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in robotic processes, providing timely solutions

  • Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases

  • Support existing automations and implement changes through structured control processes

  • Collaborate with the product team to suggest core functionality improvements

  • As needed, participate in client-facing scoping discussions and prepare work effort estimates

  • Ability to deliver UiPath trainings and mentoring sessions along with a solid understanding of UiPath advanced topics

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle, process re-engineering, and automation technologies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with excellent time management

  • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively

  • Cross-functional business and application knowledge

  • Understanding of VB, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Project and change management experience, particularly with IT implementations and UAT management

  • Recent experience with large language models and agentic implementations

  • Experience preparing presentations ranging from high-level functional overviews to detailed technical documentation

  • Proficiency collaborating with stakeholders across different functional areas

  • Vertical/Industry experience with customers in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or healthcare and life sciences
