Regional Talent Acquisition Lead (Thailand - Remote)

At BJAK, we believe world-class products start with world-class people. We're expanding our talent footprint and looking for a Thailand Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive our hiring efforts in Thailand, supporting our Malaysia HQ remotely.

In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our Thailand -based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and more. You’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-aligned talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond.

• Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams.

• Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening CVs, portfolios, and assessing signals beyond the resume to identify top potential.

• Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative strategies.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design effective hiring processes.

• Conduct meaningful interviews that uncover true potential and values alignment.

• Deliver structured feedback to both candidates and internal teams, enabling data-informed decisions.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.

• Manage and improve the hiring funnel using ATS and recruitment metrics.

• Keep a pulse on talent trends in Thailand, and bring insights to shape hiring strategies.

• Are organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple roles and hiring timelines.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and candidates.

• Love to build and optimize - whether that’s processes, pipelines, or playbooks.

• Take full ownership from first outreach to offer stage.

• Move fast, but thoughtfully, always balancing quality and urgency.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, startup, or growth environments.

• Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels.

• Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently, aligning across borders and time zones.

• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).

• Experience hiring in AI, product, or software engineering functions.

• Knowledge of Thailand's talent landscape, job boards, and professional communities.

• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.

• Familiarity with regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
