  • Provide ongoing consultation to support customers' digital transformation and promote best practices for data-informed decision-making.
  • Research and curate analytics best practices tailored to various game genres, lifecycle stages (e.g., soft launch, LiveOps), and business models (e.g., IAP, IAA, hybrid).
  • Conduct deep-dive descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify gameplay trends, monetization bottlenecks, and user segmentation opportunities.
  • Provide responsive product support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on-site or remote training.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, documenting analytical techniques, success stories, and game-specific metric frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience defining and analyzing key business metrics such as retention, LTV, and conversion funnels.
  • A solid understanding of how analytics integrates with product development, marketing, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working with both customers and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines) is preferred.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, GameAnalytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
  • An understanding of LiveOps, A/B testing, and in-game economy metrics is desirable.
  • The ability to balance hands-on analytics with customer-facing responsibilities.
