The role involves managing auto-routing schedules, updating business rules, simulating changes, and producing operational reports.The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities across systems and processes.A bit about youThe ideal candidate for the Optimisation Analyst role is a proactive and analytical professional with experience in telecommunications or field operations. They possess strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and workflow technologies, with a solid understanding of FTTX technologies and field operations.Proficiency in Python (recommended), Optimax, Groovy scripting, and exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem is essential. Key strengths include stakeholder engagement, multitasking, innovation, and a keen appetite for learning and automation.
