  • Have experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Are passionate about delivering real business impact for customers
  • Communicate clearly and proactively — both internally and externally
  • Can confidently articulate where they’d drive value within our mission

What You Might Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you could help lead or contribute to:

  • Building and scaling our onboarding and implementation workflows
  • Creating proactive playbooks to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into action
  • Driving upsell/expansion opportunities and managing strategic accounts
  • Launching new CS tooling or automation that improves efficiency

Location:

Open to remote or in person in San Francisco office 3-4x a week.
