Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is a strategic partner to the GE HealthCare business, responsible for leading and executing the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions within the MIM Software, a GE HealthCare Company, segment. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate fit for the role/the team/the company, and working with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies. The TAP will also be expected to manage projects and to stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market to provide actionable insights to GE HealthCare business leaders.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with GE HealthCare people leaders within the MIM Software team to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role/the team/the company.
  • Work with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market to provide actionable insights to GE HealthCare business leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Ability to assess candidates' fit for the role/the team/the company based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to be in-office at the MIM Software site as needed

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability in managing and/or supporting Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Experience in understanding the labor market and providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Tableau, etc.)

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
