JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of our Structural Heart business is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a patient-focused Therapy Specialist to join a growing Structural Heart business which offers the full SH product portfolio, at an exciting time in the Company’s evolution.

You will be primarily responsible for providing clinical case coverage of our TAVItechnologies. In providing clinical case support you will train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the use of Abbott products, and provide technical support to physicians during procedures. You will also be responsible for data dissemination in his sites and among referral chain of influence.

What you'll need:

  • BS/BA in life sciences or marketing ideal, but experience considered

  • Prior TAVI experience

  • Strong clinical orientation: training clinicians and providing technical assistance during procedures, including trouble-shooting

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be versatile, fantastic communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills: able to identify and resolve issues and to adapt best practices across institutions

  • Willingness to travel extensively
