Job Description
The Enterprise Project/Program Senior Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple moderately complex projects or programs. Capable of independent leadership, providing most aspects of project management on moderately complex projects that have a moderate level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.Key Responsibilities
- Manages multiple aspects of project/programs of moderate complexity and impact
- Leads problem resolution from identification through resolution
- Engages appropriate resources to resolve problems and identifies contingency plans and alternative solutions as needed
- Leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills
- Drives achievement of projects/program success factors
- Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
- Assesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeps management informed
Additional Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of business requirements.
Utilize Write project management tool effectively to track tasks, assign deliverables, and manage timelines.
Apply hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing source control, pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
