We are looking a Product Owner who is responsible for coordinating prioritization and decision making between the product and development teams. Key Competencies:
  • Thoroughly engage with the software product backlog, taking ownership of, creating, refining, and prioritizing business requirements alongside other product management and development stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple remote agile teams, encompassing both Scrum and Kanban methodologies, to estimate, groom, and plan for the implementation of the highest priority features.
  • Actively participate in backlog grooming and prioritization, as well as in daily and recurring agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Assist in client validation sessions to ensure that prioritized features align with client needs.
  • Provide support, make informed decisions, and offer validation throughout the design and development phases.
  • Ensure that requirements, project status updates, and release notes are meticulously documented.
  • Offer training and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding existing, in-progress, and forthcoming features/functions.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to uphold the product vision and strategy.

Requirements:
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and have accumulated 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk / Service Now is advantageous.
  • Be a proficient individual performer who can collaborate effectively within a decentralized work environment.
