Territory Manager - SA & NT MSA

Territory Sales Management

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to achieve business strategy and sales targets by travelling throughout the assigned metropolitan and rural sales territory
  • Conduct, review and update territory analysis, travel plan, distributor sales plans and opportunity assessment within agreed timelines.
  • Manage and merchandise trade displays at distributors and dealers.
  • Promote the use of Donaldson product at dealer and trade events as required.
  • Coordinate customer requests and concerns working collaboratively with internal Donaldson departments.
  • Complete monthly report template that details customer activity and opportunities, and competitor activities; to be submitted by due date.
  • Develops a deep understanding of correct and efficient maintenance practices.

Sales Administration

  • Daily input of all customer activities into CRM including accounts and opportunities; new customer data and other sales data for current customers.
  • Complete submission of monthly expense reports as per agreed timelines.
  • Prepares weekly and quarterly travel plans.

Safety

  • Actively promotes safety by ensuring safe systems of work within role.
  • Adheres to all company WHS policies and procedures.
  • Follows client’s WHS policies and procedures when on site.
  • Reports all incidents in a timely manner; implements outcomes as requested.

General

  • Undertake all tasks with a positive and professional work ethic.
  • Manages and maintains assigned Company assets including keeping company assigned vehicles clean and maintained at all times.
  • Ensures all activities comply with Company’s Code of Conduct; Company policies and procedures and other relevant legislation, legal and professional standards.
  • Undertake any other task associated with the operations of the business that may be reasonably requested from time to time or subject to a specific direction.
  • Available to travel interstate as required.
