Senior Motion Designer

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our team at TEAM LEWIS. The role will involve capturing and bringing to life strategic insights, brand messaging, and creative ideas using editing skills, post-production, and motion graphics. The successful candidate will have a passion for video, experience in a digital/integrated agency or production house, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 6-7 years of experience in a digital/integrated agency or production house
• Motion design/graphics experience is required
• Understanding of digital media techniques, videos, formats, and compressions
• Adobe Creative Cloud software including editing and animating in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is crucial
• Professional editing experience
• Studio experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with a client (internal and external) to develop a concept and a script/storyboard
• Prepared to travel to client locations, conferences, and events for filming when required
• Excellent time management and organisational skills: proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets
• Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task
