Responsibilities: Perform pricing analysis on various segments & present findings to management and senior leaders Develop analytical frameworks to assess risk and explore different insurance structures to find creative insurance solutions across multiple lines of business Collaborate with team members to support financial forecast & scenario testing Support cross-functional teams such as Product and Policy Build and maintain tools and dashboards for pricing analysis and trend identification Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Take ownership of the tasks assigned and drive insightful analysis Experience: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar Near ACAS or ACAS 3-5 years of experience in the P&C actuarial field (flexible scheduling during exam preparation and continuing education support for FCAS; we want to be part of your career development!) Experience or knowledge in pricing or modeling is a plus Personal or commercial auto insurance experience required Proficiency in SQL Experience in programming, particularly with visualization libraries in Python or R Very strong Excel, and an interest in coding/automation is preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent organization and time management skills Balance attention to detail with fast-pace… Apply To This Job
