Middle UI/UX designer
We are looking for a skilled Middle UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Must have- 2+ years of commercial experience in the field (not only freelance)
- Experience with products (not only websites)
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto layout)
- Experience with creating design systems and documentation
- Experience in designing with accessibility, understanding of WCAG 2.2
- Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills (both on web and mobile)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices (research, wireframing, prototyping, validation) as well as visual design (typography, color, and layout)
- Excellent sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
- Experience in collaboration with developers and preparation design for handoff
- Being self-organized and responsible, able to estimate own tasks
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to any assigned task
- Ability to present and justify your own design decisions
- English level — at least Intermediate
- Gather and evaluate user requirements, based on client comments and requests
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineers and stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Demonstrate design ideas using flows, sitemaps, wireframes
- Create mockups in Figma that clearly illustrate how sites function
- Create and manage design system — components, variables, documentation
- Prepare and present rough drafts to key stakeholders and team
- 1-st stage — Call with Recruiter
- 2-nd stage — Interview with Lead Designer and Recruiter
