Job Title :Business Analyst Mid Level Location: Remote work Rate : Best competitive rate ? Potential to extend into another area of cyber security ? Fully remote ? 5-10 years as a Business Analyst ? Shortlisting top 15 resumes for manager to review Client Cybersecurity has a need for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the process, requirements definition and documentation of a Cybersecurity risk reduction process implemented through a new tool rollout. We seek a mid/senior level resource who can come up to speed quickly to understand how the tool will be used in the certification process and work with all stakeholders to ensure all requirements are defined and documented as well as identify any potential gaps between requirements and how the tool functions. Primary duties include requirements elicitation and documentation, gap analysis, process analysis, process mapping and stakeholder communications. Candidate must have the following (Required): ?Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset ?Excellent communication skills ? both verbal and written ?Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams ?Prior experience with requirements elicitation, gap analysis and process analysis and mapping ?Experience and proficiency with Visio OR similar system used to document process flows (required) ?Comfortable raising issues to leadership ?Solid understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel) (required) ?Proficiency in Technical Writing/Functional Documentation (required) Nice to have (Plus): ?Experience working within a Cybersecurity organization ?Knowledge or familiarity with Compliance and Audit procedures and processes ?Experience with control definition or operation to meet regulatory objectives (PCI, SOX, GDPR, GxP) SKILLS: "Business Analyst" AND EXCEL AND (finance or "financial planning") AND ("data analysis" or reporting) About Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
