Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via text chat, offering accurate and timely information. Assist customers with various questions regarding our products, services, and policies. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Log in and out of the chat platform according to your chosen shift and document interactions as required. Position Details: Contract Length: Open-ended, no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Working Hours: Flexible, requiring a minimum commitment of 10+ hours per week. Requirements: A compatible device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with internet access for using chat and social media functions. Independent working style with a strong ability to follow instructions and procedures. Excellent typing skills and the ability to handle multiple chat interactions effectively. No previous experience required – you’ll receive full training to excel in your role.
