United States, Minnesota, Minneapolis Information Technology... 06-Sep-2024 Ref #: 26136 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Senior ServiceNow Engineer (Senior Systems Engineer) in Bloomington, Minnesota. Job Responsibilities • Analyze Release Notes for 12 patches and 2 major upgrades to understand the impacts to the implemented functionality. Responsible for monthly patching, system checkouts, and validation for the MID and Edge Encryption servers for the operating system, database, and other applications installed on the servers. • Responsible for Access Management. Release deployments for internally developed changes to the product. Responsible for installation of new plug-ins. • Support monthly cloning activities and the development lifecycle for engineering activities. Provide support for the personnel using the system, including troubleshooting issues, addressing incidents, and requesting fulfilment. • Manage license compliance for installed and purchased capabilities. • Provide system administration for the ServiceNow platform and other applications supported by the team including but not limited to: setting migration updates; system patching and upgrades; user and group management; daily health checks; system checkout for RFC implementations impacting our applications; and routine reboots of the systems. • Telecommuting permitted 50% of the time. Must Have Work Experience In • Troubleshooting ServiceNow platform performance; • Setup, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Clones of ServiceNow environments; • Migration of ServiceNow application code changes between environments; • Server Management; and ServiceNow Integration support. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) • Airline experience is preferred
