Requirement needed for retail sales associate : • High school diploma or GED. • One or more years of work experience. • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. • Experience working in a commission-based environment. • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. • Customer service experience. If you are an external candidate being considered for the job, you could qualify for a sign-on bonus worth $2500. The bonus would be structured to pay out in two parts - half paid after the first month of employment and the remainder after nine months of continuous service have passed, pursuant to the terms of the bonus agreement.
