Position Title: Sales Director, East Coast (Remote) Overview Join our esteemed organization, a global frontrunner in digital advertising, renowned for leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive exceptional results across major platforms including YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. Our cutting-edge AdTech platform empowers our dedicated teams to enhance key performance indicators and pricing strategies for brands and agencies on a worldwide scale. With operational centers situated in the US, Manila, Mexico City, and Krakow, we cultivate a rich and innovative working environment. We are currently seeking a Sales Director for the East Coast region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth and broadening our client base through the identification and closure of new business opportunities. This position is fully remote, and you will report directly to the Managing Director, North America. Key Responsibilities • Drive and surpass revenue objectives by meeting and exceeding sales targets and internal key performance indicators. • Proactively identify and secure new business, while nurturing long-term relationships with clients. • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our comprehensive range of products and solutions, specifically focusing on offerings across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. • Manage and expand your individual sales pipeline, establishing partnerships that exceed your personal sales targets. • Provide strategic support to clients, offering problem-solving and executive-level relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and success. • Maintain precise records and reporting within CRM systems such as SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, and OutReach. Required Skills • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and online video. • Established relationships with senior decision-makers in media agencies that can facilitate the sales process. • A self-motivated individual with a strong hunter mentality, committed to closing new business and achieving targets. • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Profound understanding of the ever-evolving social media landscape. • Solution-oriented approach to overcoming objections and creatively securing new business. Qualifications • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital media sales. • A proven track record in developing and maintaining successful client relationships. • A competitive spirit and passion for driving business growth. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
