As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Apple, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support across a wide range of products and services. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Technical proficiency with Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.) is a plus. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
