1. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers with technical inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
3. Assisting customers with setting up and configuring their devices and applications.
4. Escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate team or specialist for further assistance.
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.
6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
• Basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
