You will get to talk to a lot of interesting people and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.   Here is most of what you will do: • Manage customer onboarding process and activities • Serve as first line of support for all customer issues • Update and confirm all renewal opportunities • Ship customer orders out weekly • Support operations with product assembly and updates This is a great position for you if you are someone that: • Likes to learn new things • Wants to help people • Takes pride and ownership of doing things right • Pays great attention to detail • Has worked with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Likes a fast-paced environment • Enjoys new challenges vs. everyday mundane Qualifications • Strong communication skills • Experience in customer support and client services • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls • Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Application Question(s): • What do you like most about VIZpin that prompted you to apply for this position?
