Empathy and Communication: Display exceptional empathy and communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions, following established procedures and guidelines. Required Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English. Passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
